BMW Lanuched 2 New Bikes in India, Know Price & Specs

BMW Motorrad has launched two new Bikes, BMW K1600 B and BMW R nineT Racer in India. The company launched these bikes in India Bike Week 2017, which is being held in Goa.

Know its price and specials

The BMW K1600B is a Fully Fired Bagger motorcycle, while the R nineT racer is a down version of the Nine T street bike. BMW K1600 B has been launched in India at an ex showroom price of Rs 29 lakh. While the BMW R nineT racer’s X showroom price is Rs 17.30 lakhs. Before the launch of these two bikes, BMW Motorrad’s Indian portfolio already has 11 bikes.

Features of BMW K1600b Bike

If you make the BMW K1600B, then the 6 cylinder engine of 1649 cc is given, which is equipped with 6 speed gearbox. In terms of power, this engine can generate 160 horsepower and 175 newton meters maximum torque. In the transmission system of this bike, a reverse gear is also provided with a quickshifter.

Features of the BMW R Nine Racer Bike

In the BMW R nineT racer bike, the 1170 cc air-cooled twin cylinder engine is provided and it is equipped with 6 speed transmission system. This engine generates a maximum of 110 horse power and 116 newtons torque. Company has given retro cowl and conventional upfront forks in this motorcycle. In the Indian premium bike market, it has to be contested by Triomph Thruxton R.

Waiting for BMW G310R

BMW has recently opened new dealerships in Kochi and Chennai and the company is moving forward with plans to expand in India, along with other outlets. Another BMW bike, the launch of the G310R, is also awaiting and it can launch the company next year. This bike has a engine of 313 cc.
